The Kootznoowoo Cultural & Educational Foundation (KCEF) has announced that the scholarship period for the 2023-24 school year has now opened. The application period is June 20-August 11, 2023. To be eligible to apply, applicants must be:
- A shareholder or descendant of Kootznoowoo, Inc.
- Alaska Native
- Enrolled in a full-time college or vocational program
- Have at least a 2.0 GPA
