The Kootznoowoo, Inc. Board of Directors have appointed J. Keith Greene to the position of Interim President & CEO.  The appointment comes after the recent departure of Mr. Thomas E. Wilbur.

“As Kootznoowoo enters a new season of change, we are appreciative to Keith for his willingness to step up to temporarily fill this important role,” said Kootznoowoo Board Chair Eunice E. James. “Keith’s strong business background and leadership abilities will keep the corporation on track as we begin the executive search process.”

Mr. Greene joined Kootznoowoo in 2023 as the Director of Finance.  Prior to that he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Focus, Inc. and also was formerly the Finance Director of the cities of Valdez and Kotzebue.  Currently, he also serves as the Lead Pastor of the Glacier Valley Church of God in Juneau.

Mr. Greene holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Montreat College.

Chico serves as a jack-of-all-trades for the corporation. His main responsibility is overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the K-Plaza building. However, he provides additional support when needed on a variety of projects. He is based in Juneau.
