The Kootznoowoo Cultural & Education Foundation (KCEF) is pleased to announce the scholarship recipients for the 2024-2025 academic year. In order to be eligible to receive a scholarship, recipients must be a Kootznoowoo, Inc. shareholder or descendant, Alaska Native, enrolled full time in a college or vocational program, and have at least a 2.0 GPA.

ToThe Kootznoowoo Cultural and Educational Foundation (KCEF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that was established in April 2014. It is funded entirely by generous donations by Kootznoowoo, Inc. KCEF is a demonstration of the corporation and Board of Director’s commitment to providing educational and vocational support to Kootznoowoo shareholders and descendants pursuing their educational goals through higher education or vocational training.
KCEF is overseen by a three-member Board of Directors comprised of shareholders that are appointed by the Kootznoowoo corporate Board. They include Carmaleeda Estrada, Chair; Konrad Frank, Vice Chair; and Shgen George, Secretary.
