The 52nd Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on Saturday, June 14th in Angoon, Alaska. Following are the election results as certified by Rod Hutchings of Hutchings & Associates, LLC. who served as the Inspector of Election:

Melissa M. Kookesh – 23,669

At the meeting, there were 40,665 shares of common stock represented in person or by proxy, which was 71.9% of the total issued and outstanding voting shares of Kootznoowoo, Inc.
Brenda Sue Jack, Eunice E. James, and Mary Jean Duncan were each elected to a three-year term which will end in 2028.
Following the annual meeting, the Board met and held a reorganization meeting where the following directors were elected to officer positions:
