Kootznoowoo’s 2026 Proxy Packet has been mailed, and the annual election is now underway. Electronic copies are available on the MyKootznoowoo shareholder portal.
Two seats are up for election at the 53rd Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in Angoon, Alaska. Shareholders are able to vote their proxy online or via paper proxy. The proxy deadline is Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (Alaska Time).
In addition, shareholders are being asked to vote on whether to terminate the Kootznoowoo Permanent Fund Settlement Trust in accordance with Section 6 of the KPFST Trust Agreement. Additional details are provided in the 2026 Proxy Statement.
